# Chatter

> AI-powered community feedback aggregation platform that automatically collects user feedback from Discord, GitHub, forums, and support tickets, then uses AI to cluster similar feedback into organized "pain points" ranked by impact and frequency.

Chatter is built for DevRel teams, community managers, and product managers who need data-driven prioritization from community feedback. It's especially useful for gaming companies and developer platforms managing feedback across multiple channels.

Core capabilities include multi-source aggregation (Discord, GitHub Issues, Discourse forums, CSV uploads, webhooks), AI-powered clustering that groups feedback about the same issue even when described differently, P0-P4 prioritization by evidence count and trend, close-the-loop notifications when issues are resolved, and stakeholder report generation.
